Choir Day

Choir Day on Saturday, 26 August, 11:00-21:00 around the Oulu city centre
Joint concert at Rotuaari square, 14:00-16:00

Choir Day takes over the streets of Oulu once again! Choir Day is being held for the eighth time and this year there are 21 choirs and vocal groups performing at cafés, restaurants and the Valkea Kesäkatu Stage.

The singers will arrive along Rotuaari in a procession to Rotuaari square at 14:00 for the joint concert. The concert begins and ends with everyone singing together and some of the ensembles perform their own material inbetween. The artistic director of Choir Day is the oulu-based choir leader Kristian Heberg.

All concerts have free entry!
