Oulu Arts' Night lets musicians, actors, dancers, writers, and artists take over the streets and parks and offer unique experiences for everyone.
In the European Capital of Culture year 2026, Oulu Arts' Night transforms into Oulu Day of No Art, which extends throughout the weekend as the Delta Art Days.
Oulu Day of No Art Symposium on Thu, 20 August invites reflection on what life would be without art. The Delta Art Days on 21–23 August present a cavalcade of creative activity and tune the city for the following week’s Delta Life finale.
The goal is to make arts and culture easy to reach and thus most of the events and performances are free of charge. Professionals and amateurs alike can bring their performances to Oulu Arts' Night.
