Summer is cooling down but love never ends! Join us at Walks of Love – a fun and fresh speed dating event at Nallikari. Organised by Madame Mixer ry, this event is part of the official Oulu2026 cultural programme!
At Walks of Love, we’ll take a fun and romantic stroll around Nallikari where you can get to know other singles amid taking in fresh air. The event is relaxed and easy to attend, and you can chat with others while walking. During the tour, we make stops now and then to share opinions on fiery and divisive topics, like ‘Crocs – hot or not?’. We start and end the tour in front of Bistoria Patio, where you can continue getting to know each other after the tour with special deals for our attendees.
We organise two tours with age recommendations, with a maximum of 30 people per tour.
- 11.30-13.30 aged 35+
- 14.00-16.00 ages 18-35
🌟We are an inclusive event! The age divisions are recommendations, and all gender identities and sexual orientations are welcome to join! The ticket types are divided, so we can get a sense for the numbers of attendees. You can buy tickets from ParhaatBileet.fi.
Attendees for the event can go get a quick henna tattoo for free with the talented henna artist, Fatema! Fatema will be on site from 12.00 to 14.30, so you can go see her before or after your walking tours. Note, that henna tattoos should dry well before dampening the skin, so swimming after having henna made is not recommended.
And there’s more! For both tours, we have prepared two raffle prizes from the amazing Erotiikan Aika. The prizes have been curated so that they are suitable for everyone to support sexual well-being.
The event will be hosted in English so that as many nationalities as possible can feel comfortable joining. Naturally, personal conversations can be done in any language.
All attendees to the event must adhere to the Code of Conduct. Madame Mixer ry will not tolerate any harassment or discrimination. If you feel uncomfortable during the event, make sure to let the event producers know.
🌤NOTE! Walks of Love will be organised in any weather. If it rains, take your umbrella and raincoat, and it it’s sunny, dress lightly and pack sunscreen and a water bottle.
