Pikisaari: Pikinen Poloku art path

Pikinen Poloku ympäristötaidepolku kiertelee Pikisaaren rantoja ja metsikköjä sekä Villatehtaiden pihapiiriä. Luontoon levittäytyy kesän ajaksi parikymmentä taideteosta viideltätoista Pikisaaressa työskentelevältä taiteilijalta tai taiteilijaryhmältä. Polun paikkasidonnaiset teokset ovat löydettävissä polun varrelta kellon ympäri läpi koko kesän syyskuun loppuun asti. Taidepolkualue alkaa Vanhan Villatehtaan nurkalta rantapolulta, kiertelee sen jälkeen Villatehtaiden pihamaalla jatkuen Korkeasaarensillalle asti.

Pikinen Poloku – environmental art in Pikisaari, Oulu from June 6th to the end of September, 2023.

Pikinen Poloku is an environmental art path that circles the shores and forests of the Pikisaari island, also straying to the old wool factory Vanha Villatehdas. The nearly twenty art pieces, that are from 15 artists or groups that work in Pikisaari, are located in the island’s nature.

Free entry. The main path is wheelchair accessible. The length oft the art path is less than one kilometer.
