Choir Day takes over the bars and cafés of Oulu on the last Saturday of August!
Choir Day gathers together the singers from choirs and vocal ensembles around the Oulu region. This year, altogether 14 groups are performing in the city centre of Oulu in cafés and bars and also at the Shopping Centre Valkea's Kesäkatu Stage.
The groups will have a concert together at the Rotuaari Stage at 14:00. The concert includes some joint numbers and some of the groups will also perform their own programmes. The concert will be hosted by Anna-Kaisa Kettunen. The Artistic Director of Choir Day is the choir director Kristian Heberg.
