The Oulunsalo Soi Chamber Music Festival, Oulu August Festivals' children's events, and Flow Productions are part of the Kaikukortti program.
Kaikukortti card is designed for individuals and families in financially tight situations who are clients at the social and health services in Oulu. The card is personal and free of charge. More information about obtaining a Kaikukortti can be found on the City of Oulu's website. In addition to us, over 20 cultural venues in the Oulu Kaikukortti network participate. Kaikukortti is available in several locations across Finland, and cardholders can access cultural events in all Kaikukortti areas.
