Red Nose Company & Meta4: Voces – Inner Voices

The performance is built around Jean Sibelius’s string quartet Voces Intimae, but also features music from Beethoven to Saariaho. At the time of composing the piece, a throat tumor caused Sibelius to fear death. The performance takes this as its starting point.
