Exhibition 5.-24.8.2025
Liminal spaces, digital glitches, abandoned yards and maintenance tunnels, and the broken edges of cities and video codecs appear here not only as non-places where reality spills over. These places are not part of any official map, yet they are intense, concrete, deeply known to those who move through them. They reveal spaces that are both everyday and unpredictable — cracks in the simulation where material reality can still be felt.
The exhibition reflects how we live and share our experiences within and beyond the digital realm, and how we revolt against the loss of agency through art, music, and video.
Jean Baudrillard’s idea of reality being replaced by simulations takes on a concrete, embodied, and uniquely Northern dimension. Here, simulation is not digital or artificial, but everyday life itself.
