Delta Life Grand Finale

Oulu August Festivals 2026 concludes with a multidisciplinary, free of charge outdoor event at the birthplace of the city. The grand finale of the Delta Life project is one of the highlights of Oulu's European Capital of Culture year.

The event, held around Pokkisenväylä, weaves together stories and future visions of the region’s and Europe’s waterways. Audiences can enjoy the performances from the amphitheater-like riverbank and also all around the city centre of Oulu.

Open dress rehearsal: Thursday, 27.8.2026
Performances: Friday, 28.8.2026 and Sat 29.8.2026 starting at 8:30 PM.
