EVA808 (IS)
Award-winning Icelandic electronic music producer EVA808 will perform a rare live gig at this year’s festival after-party. EVA808 has been nominated numerous times at the Icelandic Kraumur Music Awards and has also won the grand prize with her debut album Sultry Venom. The artist’s second full length öðruvísi continues EVA808’s journey of experimentation in the world of electronic club music. The forward-thinking artist has also produced more traditional club songs, such as the Missy Elliot sampling Prrr and It’s Me Bitch, with it’s melody lifted from a famous Britney Spears song. This is a rare chance to experience this elusive artist live, so we suggest you make use of it!
RIVET (SWE)
Swedish techno artist Rivet has played all over the world in the most hallowed clubs. As a producer Rivet’s sound combines EBM, darkwave and industrial to name a few genres. As a DJ Rivet is known as a technical mixer with a passion for the art. Rivet has released music on labels such as Skudge ja Editions Mego.
DEAD-O (FIN)
The elusive Dead-O is a well-respected figure in the underground. A key player in bringing dubstep and grime to Finland in the mid 2000s, this legendary figure is known to play exclusives and dubplates in his sets, and this gig will be no different. Dead-O will be channelling the vibes of Babylon, which screens earlier in the day, and play reggae and dub music to get you grounded.
RULES (FIN)
Rules is a Helsinki-based synth-pop band that combines the sounds of the 80s and 2000s with a modern twist. The band's first album was released in 2020, after which they released a single that involved a delightful cover of Weezer's Say It Ain't So. RULES draws its inspiration from literature, and in the lyrics of their latest single "The Ghost" you can spot a reference to the old Turn of the Screw horror story!
