August in Oulu brings you world-class jazz in the middle of the city, chamber music in the cathedral, acoustic guitars amidst the idyllic Koiteli Rapids scenery and metal music in the surroundings of an old factory.

Why not spend a moment listening to poems and watching performance art by the sea, watch music videos on a real silver screen for a change, or participate in the wild Air Guitar World Championships celebrations in the jam-packed square with air guitar fans from all over the world?
